Hi, what are the league rules with regards to swapping/editing decks between matches? Do we have to stick to our initial builds?

you can not swap out your deck in the middle of a match, however if you have a sideboard you can use it, but in tribal there is no sideboards as far as i know.
you are free to change your deck as much as you like between matches but during the match its best 2/3 games with the same deck
